FUSION at Chelsea Piers (Pier 60)

Experience rugby-specific training led by the elite professional trainers from Fusion Physical Therapy and Sports Performance ( The day offers personal attention through small group activities to give rugby athletes an introduction to pro-style training along with best practice training methods with breakout sessions in strength, speed, and flexibility; and tips they can take directly into their personal workouts.

9:30am – 11:00am  High School Boys
10:00am – 11:30am  High School Girls
10:30am – 12:00pm  College Men
11:00am – 12:30pm  College Women
11:30am – 1:00pm  Club Men
12:00pm – 1:30pm   Club Women

The sessions will start on time and run approximately 90 minutes.
Please wear athletic clothes and shoes (not spikes).
Fusion’s trainers are professionals certified in wide range of physical therapy and athletic training methods.
