WHAT: Once again, the Four Leaf Fifteens is sponsoring the St. Baldrick's charity to benefit the CureSearch National Childhood Cancer Foundation - which supports CureSearch Children's Oncology Group - the world's foremost childhood cancer research organization. The charity asks people to sign up and seek donations to shave their heads. Last year we raised $22,000 for St. Baldrick's, and hope to do even better this year!
WHO: Any person coming to the tournament can sign up. After someone signs up to be a "Shavee" (i.e. they volunteer to have their head shaved) on the St. Baldrick's website, he or she then solicits donations (via the St. Baldrick's website) to benefit the charity. Donators can deal solely with the website to give donations to the charity.
