About the side
Sevens is the summer game: seven players a side, seven minute halves, and a full tournament played in a single day.
Coached by Manu Le Blanc, the Men's Sevens compete in the Club division of the EGU Summer Sevens Series, and bring the same winning, competitive culture as the rest of the club. Under Koma Gandy, now the club's director of rugby, the side finished second in the Empire GU Championship Series in 2019.
The squad draws from well beyond one season. A solid core of Men's 15s players lines up alongside players who represent a number of colleges and universities during the year, and plenty of alumni of Play Rugby USA.
